The site and the platform are conceived exclusively as a service for organising and presenting information. Nothing published or available on the platform constitutes professional advice or implies any guarantee or promise of results.
Description of the service
Qazven is an analytical platform aimed at structuring public information and information from authorised sources. The platform gathers data and presents it in clear panels, with explanatory notes about the nature of each block. Its purpose is to facilitate consultation and independent analysis by the user.

The content available is purely informative and general in nature. It does not constitute professional advice in any field. Qazven does not provide personalised recommendations and does not guarantee results, benefits or specific effects derived from the use of the information. Any decision the user makes is their sole responsibility.
Eligibility
To use the platform you must be of legal age according to the laws of your place of residence and have capacity to enter into obligations. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you declare that you have sufficient authority to do so.
Access request
Access to the panel is requested by completing the form on the site. Qazven may accept or reject requests based on internal criteria, without stating the reason. The information provided must be truthful and up to date.
Acceptable use
The user agrees to: (a) use the platform in accordance with the law and these terms; (b) not attempt unauthorised access to the service infrastructure; (c) not resell, redistribute or automatically systematise the content; (d) not use the platform for purposes contrary to public order or the rights of third parties.

All elements of qazven.com, including texts, graphics, logos, interfaces and platform structure, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by Qazven or its licensors. Total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qazven shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the platform. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Modifications
We may modify these terms when reasonably necessary. The current version will always be available on the site, with its last update date.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
