Introduction

At Qazven Analytics S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Qazven", "we") we handle your personal information with transparency and care. This document describes what data we collect through qazven.com, why we use it, with whom we share it and what rights you can exercise over it. This policy is governed by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its implementing regulations and the current guidance from the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).

Data we collect

We only collect the data required to operate the site and reply to your queries: name, email address, the content of the message sent through the form and technical metadata (anonymised IP address, browser type, referrer and pages visited). We do not request tax identifiers or sensitive information.

Purposes of processing

We use your information to: (a) reply to the requests submitted via the form; (b) prepare the initial informative panel described in the "How it works" section; (c) comply with applicable legal obligations; (d) improve the performance of the site and detect technical issues; (e) send communications strictly related to the request submitted.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your free and informed consent when completing the form, the performance of the relationship initiated with Qazven, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in the continuous improvement of the service.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with technology providers that support the operation of the site (hosting, transactional email delivery, analytical measurements), always under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. All providers are selected applying data protection criteria equivalent to those required by Argentine regulations.

Retention

We keep the data only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described and, in any case, no more than 24 months from the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Technical logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, updating, rectification and deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to the processing and withdraw the consent granted. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@qazven.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the AAIP as the supervisory authority (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit, role-based access controls, periodic audits of providers and continuous vulnerability review.

International transfers

Some of our providers operate from jurisdictions outside Argentina. When international transfers happen, we require safeguards equivalent to those of local regulations, including standard contractual clauses and impact assessments.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect improvements to the service or regulatory changes. The last update date is shown at the top of the document; substantial changes will be communicated in advance through the site.
